Purchasing artworks and other goods through Leonard Metcalf comes with a money back guarantee. Artworks to be returned require a return authorisation number. Returned goods will only be accepted with a return authorisation number. Leonard Metcalf reserves the right to charge you the client all costs associated with delivery and handling, while guaranteeing the remainder of the original purchase price. In plain English this means that we will happily accept all returns and will refund the full purchase price less the costs of delivery and handling, no matter what the reason for your return is. No questions asked, though we would appreciate your explanation so that we can prevent similar problems in the future. My guarantee is valid for the 14-days on receipt of the artwork.
Returns must be re-packaged in precisely the same way as received on delivery (to be covered by insurance). Return handling and insurance costs are paid by the purchaser. Artwork must be received in the condition in which it was delivered or a refund will not be given.
