Damaged Goods and Return Authorisation Policy
I accept the return of faulty goods due to workmanship before a maximum period of 55-days from the arrival date of the purchased artwork. Please contact us immediately for a return authorisation number.
All artworks are covered by insurance in transit. If the artwork is received in less than acceptable condition you must notify Leonard within 55-days of delivery by clicking on the above link we will provide you with a return authorisation number.
Return Authorisation
To receive your return authorisation number please contact us with your query, and we will supply you with your return authorisation number. Please note all artworks to be returned require a return authorisation number. Returned goods will only be accepted with a return authorisation number.
